A study of the changes in property values and tax valuation by sales that do not reflect current or actual use and value and recommend to the Legislature solutions to the rapidly inflating values of real property across the state that unreasonably affect individual property owners that have not sold, improved, or changed the use of their property. The committee shall reports its findings to the 1997 Legislature. |
