(2) A study of the impact on the distribution of state aid to education resulting from including revenue sources other than property taxes in the local effort component of the state aid to education formula.
(3) A study of the potential to reallocate or redistribute revenues to school districts generated by non property tax sources.
(4) A study to identify the impact on state aid to education of increases in the property tax base.
(5) A study of how the overall system of school finance affects various school districts differently.
(6) A study of how transportation costs impact those school districts that spend a greater than average percent of their budget on transportation costs. |
