20:06:13:14.  Eligible expenses under Medicare. Eligible expenses under Medicare means medical expenses that are covered by Medicare to the extent recognized as reasonable and customary by Medicare. Payments, benefits, benefit periods, medical necessity, policy limitations, or exclusions may not be more restrictive than as used by Medicare.
