20:06:13:40.  Style and arrangement for outline of coverage. The style, arrangement, and overall appearance of a policy may not give undue prominence to any portion of the text. Every portion of the text must be clearly printed in medium-faced type. The size of the type must be uniform. All print must be twelve-point at a minimum. This section does not apply to any policy required to comply with SDCL 58-17-6.
