20:06:21:16.  Converted policy from group -- Eligibility for coverage of relatives. Notwithstanding any other provision of § 20:06:21:17, any insured individual whose eligibility for group long-term care coverage is based upon a relationship to another person is entitled to continuation of coverage under the group policy on termination of the qualifying relationship by death or dissolution of marriage.
