20:48:04:02.03.  Authorization to perform kidney dialysis functions. If the certificate of achievement for the course of preparation of the licensed practical nurse for kidney dialysis functions is on file in the board office, the licensed practical nurse may perform kidney dialysis functions. At the time of license renewal, the board shall identify the licensee, on the renewal, as authorized to perform kidney dialysis functions.
