20:04:01:07.01.  Number of copies of petition for declaratory ruling or rules change. A person filing a petition for declaratory ruling or for initiation, amendment, or repeal of a rule must file an original and seven copies with the executive secretary. The executive secretary may reject the petition if it is not submitted with the required number of copies.
