20:04:28:21.  Stewards to require an attendant's badge to be taken up. During the term of suspension of a jockey, owner, trainer, or other person on a racetrack under the commission's jurisdiction, the stewards shall require that the offender's badge be taken up and that he be refused admission to any part of the course.
