20:04:33:48.  Annual audited financial statements -- Disciplinary action. The commission or the executive secretary may require that the hub licensee submit annual audited financial statements to the commission within 120 days after the last day of the licensee’s business year. Failure to submit the statements in a timely manner when requested are grounds for disciplinary action.
