20:14:03:06.  Reinstatement of certificate on inactive status. An appraiser on inactive status who wishes to return to active status must submit a written request along with evidence of successful completion of the continuing education class hours that would have been required by § 20:14:13:01 if the appraiser was on an active status to the secretary for reinstatement of the appraiser's certificate to active status before resuming real estate appraisal activity. The continuing education class hours must include the most recent update course that covers the uniform standards as adopted in § 20:14:06:01 or its equivalent. The class hours of instruction must be completed subsequent to the appraiser's certificate being placed on inactive status.
