24:15:06:56.  7-12 multi-media endorsement. A 7-12 multi-media endorsement requires:

          (1)  Completion of career and technical education alternative route to certification; or

          (2)  Bachelors in education degree and either 15 credits of related coursework or verification of 4,000 hours of work experience in a related field; or

          (3)  State-approved national certification.
