41:06:04:18. Licenses
restricted to the use of a bow and arrow. Any license issued under the
archery deer, the archery antelope, the Custer State Park early archery elk,
the archery elk, and the Custer State Park late archery elk seasons is valid
only for the use of a bow and arrow.
