41:06:14:05.  Application requirements and restrictions. The following applies to all applications for license and to all licensees under this chapter:

          (1)  A person may not use any firearm on LaFramboise Island or on the south unit and the signed portion of the north unit of the Bureau of Land Management Fort Meade Recreation Area;

          (2)  A person may not obtain more than five turkey licenses.
