41:06:36:02.01.  Lacreek open units -- Number and type of licenses available. The following is a description of the units open to deer hunting on the Lacreek National Wildlife Refuge and the maximum number and type of licenses available in each unit:

          (1)  Unit RFD-LC1 is open for 7 consecutive days beginning on the third Wednesday of October. Fifteen "any whitetail deer" and 10 two-tag licenses with each tag valid for one "antlerless whitetail deer";

          (2)  Unit RFD-LC2 is open for 7 consecutive days beginning on the fourth Wednesday of November. Fifteen "any whitetail deer" and 10 two-tag licenses with each tag valid for one "antlerless whitetail deer".

          The deer hunting units within the refuge are described as the West Brown Ranch, the East Brown Ranch, Unit 9, and Unit 10. They do not include all of the area within the refuge boundaries.

          All Lacreek open units are restricted to muzzleloading rifles without scopes.
