41:06:36:02.02.  Waubay open units -- Number and type of licenses available. The following is a description of the units open to deer hunting on the Waubay National Wildlife Refuge and the maximum number and type of licenses available in each unit:

          (1)  Unit RFD-WA1 is open for 5 consecutive days beginning eight days prior to the beginning of East River deer hunting season. Fifteen "any deer" licenses. All licenses are restricted to muzzleloading rifles without scopes;

          (2)  Unit RFD-WA2 is open for 5 consecutive days beginning on the day following the end of the Unit RFD-WA1 season. Fifteen "any deer" licenses. All licenses are restricted to muzzleloading rifles without scopes;

          (3)  Unit RFD-WA3 is open for 14 consecutive days beginning on the day following the end of the Unit RFD-WA2 season. Fifteen "any deer" licenses.
