44:02:11:18. Cooking
shelters, barbecue pits, fireplaces, stoves, and incinerators. Each cooking
shelter, barbecue pit, fireplace, wood burning stove, and incinerator shall be
located, constructed, maintained, and used to minimize fire hazard and smoke nuisance
both in the campground and on adjacent property. No open fire is permitted
except in the fire apparatus provided. No open fire may be left unattended. No
fuel may be used and no material may be burned that emits dense smoke or
objectionable odors.
