          (1)  Annual school, passing grade required;

          (2)  Site analysis course, successful completion of examination required;

          (3)  Market data course, successful completion of examination required;

          (4)  Cost analysis course, successful completion of examination required;

          (5)  Income approach, successful completion of examination required; and

          (6)  Mass appraisal of residential property course, successful completion of examination required.
