67:16:39:02.  Individuals required to participate. An individual is required to participate in the primary care case management program if the individual is covered under subdivisions 67:46:01:02(1), (2) if the individual is at least 19 years old, (7), (9), (11) to (17), inclusive, or (22) to (24), inclusive. If the individual qualifies under one of the subdivisions but is a recipient of Medicare, long-term care services, home and community-based services, community center services provided at an adjustment training center, foster care services, or subsidized adoption services, the individual is exempt from participating in the primary care case management program.
