67:16:42:08.  Services not covered. Services not covered under this chapter include the following:

          (1)  Nutritional supplementation for individuals 21 years of age or older; and

          (2)  Nutritional therapy or supplementation for situations involving temporary impairment, such as a nutritional crisis during pregnancy.
