67:16:42:10.  Cost sharing. Cost sharing for enteral nutritional services provided to an individual age 21 or over is $2 a day. Cost sharing for parenteral nutritional therapy provided to an individual age 21 or over is $5 a day. An individual under age 21 is exempt from cost sharing.
