41:03:06:03.  Commercial snowmobile trail user pass exemptions. The following rented or leased snowmobiles are exempt from the requirements prescribed in § 41:03:06:01:

          (1)  Snowmobiles displaying a valid South Dakota snowmobile license; or

          (2)  Snowmobiles displaying a valid Wyoming commercial snowmobile license.
