Old Game, Fish and Parks Department
employee qualifications repealed.

         ENTITLED, An Act  to repeal certain provisions relating to the qualifications, compensation, and reimbursement of certain Department of Game, Fish and Parks employees.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:

     Section  1.  That § 41-2-12 be repealed.

     Section  2.  That § 41-2-17 be repealed.
