ENTITLED, An Act to  prevent certain provisions relating to the issuance, licensure, distribution, and revenue dedication requirements regarding early fall Canada goose temporary nonresident licenses and fall three-day temporary nonresident waterfowl licenses from reverting on June 30, 2003.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That section 6 of chapter 205 of the 2000 Session Laws of South Dakota be repealed.
     Section  2.  That section 2 of chapter 195 of the 2002 Session Laws of South Dakota be repealed.
     Section  3.  This Act is effective on June 28, 2003.
