         FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  prevent certain provisions relating to the issuance, licensure, distribution, and revenue dedication requirements regarding early fall Canada goose temporary nonresident licenses and fall three-day temporary nonresident waterfowl licenses from reverting on June 30, 2003.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That section 6 of chapter 205 of the 2000 Session Laws of South Dakota be repealed.
     Section  2.  That section 2 of chapter 195 of the 2002 Session Laws of South Dakota be repealed.
     Section  3.  This Act is effective on June 28, 2003.
