         HB 1123     clarify certain circumstances relating to the termination or discontinuance of certain dealership contracts.

         HB 1128     revise the requirements for notice of nonrenewal for surety insurance.

         HB 1241     designate certain counties as economic improvement areas and to establish the interest rate for revolving economic development initiative loans in economic improvement areas.
             Representatives Van Norman, Bradford, and Valandra

         HB 1111     authorize construction management services to be employed on public improvement projects.

         HB 1161     require a permit of persons engaged in certain plumbing activities.

         HB 1175     provide for a permit system for plumbing.
