         SB 23     grant counties greater authority to prohibit the use of fireworks during periods of extreme fire danger.

         SB 24     authorize the secretary of agriculture to suspend or revoke an egg dealer's or processor's license for certain violations and to provide the licensee an opportunity for a hearing.

         SB 28     prevent certain provisions relating to the issuance, licensure, distribution, and revenue dedication requirements regarding early fall Canada goose temporary nonresident licenses and fall three-day temporary nonresident waterfowl licenses from reverting on June 30, 2003.
