THE SALES TAX ON FOOD INCLUDING THE IMPACT ON THE STABILITY
OF THE SALES TAX AS A SOURCE OF REVENUE FOR THE STATE AND
THE IMPACT OF THE SALES TAX ON FOOD ON THE STATE'S CITIZENS.
THE STUDY SHOULD ALSO EXPLORE OTHER SOURCES OF REVENUE TO
REPLACE REVENUE WHICH WOULD BE LOST BY REPEALING THE SALES
TAX ON FOOD.
