     On page 4, after line 5 of the Senate Health and Human Services Committee engrossed bill, insert:

"
     Section 8. Nothing in this Act imposes any restrictions or limitations on the availability of any atypical anti-psychotic medication prescribed for the treatment of mental illness.".
