         HB 1161     prohibit certain practices associated with unarmed retrieval of small game and to establish a penalty.

         HB 1195     revise the method used to value agricultural property.

         HB 1206     reduce the minimum hunting age.
             Representatives Davis, Christensen, Fryslie, Hackl, Klaudt, Konold, McCaulley, Novstrup, Olson (Ryan), Rave, Rhoden, and Rounds and Senators Duenwald, Greenfield, and Koskan

         HB 1237     allow the use of certain federal permits in South Dakota relating to organisms and products produced through genetic engineering.
