         SB 108     clarify certain provisions concerning the residency requirements for state's attorneys in certain small counties.

         SB 211     implement the federal Indian Child Welfare Act.

         HB 1012     revise the definition of a victim for purposes of determining who is permitted to speak on behalf of a victim at the time of sentencing.

         HB 1013     require notice to the attorney general of appeals in certain juvenile proceedings regarding abuse and neglect, children in need of supervision, or delinquency.

         HB 1025     authorize the Department of Agriculture to enter into certain agreements for training and for fire prevention and suppression activities.

         HB 1055*     revise certain provisions regarding the offense of witness tampering.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Office of the Attorney General

HB 1075 codify legislation enacted in 2003.
