Senator John Koskan appeared before the committee to offer input.

The committee recommends that the Department of Revenue and Regulation work with the county assessors on a proposal, for consideration by the next legislature, to require dwellings that are eligible to be classified as owner-occupied single-family dwellings also be the principle residence of the owner.
