     On page 42, line 5 of the Senate Judiciary Committee engrossed bill, after " 22-30A. " insert " In determining the degree of theft, the value of the property stolen or attempted to be stolen is the same as the face amount of the insufficient funds check. ".

     On page 44 , line 16, after " check " insert " or no account check ".

     On page 44 , line 22, after " check " insert " , whether it be a no account check or insufficient funds check, ".

     On page 45 , line 5, after " check " insert " or theft by no account check ".
