         SB 117*     provide for the development and implementation of certain animal identification programs to maintain animal health and ensure the safety of the food supply.
             Senators McNenny, Hansen (Tom), Hundstad, Kloucek, and Lintz and Representatives Jensen, Brunner, Davis, Dykstra, Fryslie, Olson (Ryan), Pederson (Gordon), and Tidemann

         SB 135     increase the promotional fee on wheat.
             Senators Duenwald, Bartling, Bogue, Dempster, Gray, Hansen (Tom), Hanson (Gary), Koskan, Lintz, McNenny, Moore, Olson (Ed), Sutton (Dan), and Sutton (Duane) and Representatives Jensen, Brunner, Davis, Dennert, Dykstra, Fryslie, Halverson, Hunt, Lange, Nelson, Pederson (Gordon), Street, Tidemann, and Turbiville

         SB 152*     provide the secretary of agriculture with certain rule-making powers to regulate seed.
             Senators Duenwald, Greenfield, Hansen (Tom), and Hanson (Gary) and Representatives Davis, Fryslie, Hackl, Hargens, and Jensen

         SB 191     establish certain conditions related to the issuance of hunting and fishing licenses.
             Senators Moore and Koskan and Representatives Hargens, Pederson (Gordon), and Rhoden

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
