Confirmation of Warren Lotsberg to the South Dakota Railroad Authority

         HB 1050     revise certain provisions regarding the taxation of motor fuel and the refunding of motor fuel taxes.
             The Committee on Transportation at the request of the Department of Revenue and Regulation

         HB 1052     update the reference to certain federal regulations regarding financial assistance to persons displaced by highway acquisition.
             The Committee on Transportation at the request of the Department of Transportation

         SB 147     prohibit the use of certain vehicles with tail lamps and stop lamps upon which certain decorative coverings have been placed.
             Senators Nesselhuf, Dempster, and Schoenbeck and Representatives Pederson (Gordon), Hackl, Halverson, Haverly, Krebs, and Rave

         SB 182     revise certain provisions regarding the organization decals that may be displayed on a motor vehicle license plate.
             Senators Kooistra, Abdallah, Apa, Broderick, Hundstad, and Kloucek and Representatives Gillespie, Hennies, Hunt, Lange, Pederson (Gordon), and Turbiville

         SB 183     provide for distinctive motor vehicle license plates for certain military veterans.
