         FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  require the county planning and zoning commission to publish certain minutes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section 1.  That chapter 11-2 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:
     A full and complete report of the official proceedings at any regular or special meeting of the commission shall be published in the newspapers designated by the county pursuant to §  7- 18-3 as soon after any meeting as practicable. The board of county commissioners shall pay for publishing of the proceedings at a rate not to exceed ninety percent of the legal line rate for a weekly newspaper and not to exceed the legal line rate for a daily newspaper, as provided in chapter 17-2.
