         FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  require the Department of Education to provide certain school district information on a centralized website.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section 1.  The Department of Education shall develop a searchable website containing school district expenditure data which shall be accessible by the public at no cost.
