     On page 2, line 1, of the printed bill, after "." insert "The provisions of this section do not apply to any prescription dispensed for any person receiving services at a hospital, a nursing facility, or an assisted living center as defined in chapter 34-12, or to any person receiving services at the South Dakota Developmental Center, the South Dakota Human Services Center, or a residential facility of a local mental health center.".
