  Senators Howie, Peterson, and Rhoden and Representatives Turbiville, Brunner, Greenfield, Noem, Olson (Betty), Pitts, and Rausch
repeal the forthcoming mandate that, beginning on July 1, 2009, will require students to stay in school until age eighteen or graduation.
