         SB 12      limit the amount of tax refunds for construction projects that are located in areas that are included in a tax collection agreement between the state and an Indian tribe.

         SB 14      revise certain provisions regarding references to the Internal Revenue Code and to repeal an obsolete reference to the Internal Revenue Code.
