The meeting was called to order by Chair, Representative Brunner.

         HB 1004: provide for the killing of mountain lions under certain circumstances.

MOTION:     AMEND HB 1004

     On page 1, line 7, of the Senate Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee engrossed bill, after "." insert "If any mountain lion is killed pursuant to this Act, the person who killed the mountain lion shall notify a conservation officer within twenty-four hours of killing the mountain lion.".
