SB 90 increase the number of varieties of malt beverages, wine, distilled spirits, liqueur, and cordials that an off-sale alcoholic beverage licensee may offer for sampling in one day.
SB 92 require the physical presence of any physician scheduled to perform an abortion at the site of the abortion procedure on the day prior to the abortion procedure.
SB 94 exempt certain small wind energy facilities from property taxation.
SB 95 authorize certain schools to own and operate wind energy conversion systems, to establish a grant program for such purposes, and to make an appropriation therefor.
