        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to extend the sunset of the one-half percent increase in the gross receipts tax imposed on visitor-related businesses.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That section 2 of chapter 54 of the 2009 Session Laws be amended to read as follows:
    Section 2. The provisions of section 1 of this Act are repealed on June 30, 2011 December 31, 2012.
    Section 2.  This Act is effective on June 29, 2011.
