SB 193 authorize counties to issue additional on-sale licenses for certain facilities
located on hunting preserves.

SB 194 create a Wind Energy Competitive Advisory Task Force and to provide for the
appointment of the task force members.

infrastructure incentive fund, to appropriate money to encourage the use of
