        SB 34     create the crime of possessing, selling, or distributing certain substances intended for the purpose of intoxication.
            The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Office of the Attorney General

        SB 35*     revise certain provisions regarding the crime of taking pictures without consent and to provide for a felony penalty under certain circumstances.
            The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Office of the Attorney General

        SB 80*     apply certain provisions concerning actions for recovery of damages for personal injury or death to municipal officers, employees, and volunteers.
            Senators Cutler and Tieszen and Representatives Hunt, Bolin, Deelstra, Feinstein, Gibson, Hansen (Jon), Kirkeby, Moser, Munsterman, Novstrup (David), Olson (Betty), and Russell

        SB 81     require the Supreme Court to promulgate rules for parenting coordinators.
            Senators Cutler, Adelstein, Buhl, Gray, Haverly, Krebs, and Tidemann and Representatives Gibson, Brunner, Dryden, Feickert, Hawley, Hunt, White, and Wismer

        SB 101*     provide a penalty for denying access to public records.
