    On page 6, after line 20 of the House engrossed bill, insert:

"    Section 17. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of sixty-one thousand six hundred forty-six dollars ($61,646), or so much thereof as may be necessary, and 0.5 FTE, to the Department of Health for the purposes of implementing the provisions of this Act.

    Section 18. Any amounts appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated shall revert in accordance with the procedures prescribed in chapter 4-8.".
