___________________ moved that HB 1113 be amended as follows:
On page 1, of the printed bill, delete lines 12 to 14, inclusive and insert "his or her personal
capacity. This section does not prohibit the state, its agencies, or the governing body of any political
subdivision of the state from presenting factual information solely for the purpose of educating the
voters on a ballot question. This section does not prohibit the use of public facilities and equipment
for forums and debates. This section does not prohibit the expenditure of public funds or the use of
staff time, public facilities, telecommunications systems, electronic devices, office equipment, office
supplies, postage, vehicles and equipment by the state, its agencies, or the governing body of any
political subdivision of the state for the purpose of presenting factual information solely for the
purpose of educating the voters on a ballot question.".
On page 2, delete line 1.
