FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to prohibit the judicial enforcement of any religious codes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That chapter 19-8 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as
follows:
No court, administrative agency, or other governmental agency may enforce any provisions
of any religious code.
