FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to prohibit the judicial enforcement of any religious codes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That chapter 19-8 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as
follows:
No court, arbitrator, administrative agency, or other adjudicative mediation or enforcement
authority may render any judgment predicated on any religious code or enforce any provisions
of any religious code.
