SB 7    (Deferred from 4^th LD) repeal certain provisions allowing for the certification of technology parks and to allow public or private developers to apply for certification.
SB 12    (Deferred from 4^th LD) codify the legislation enacted in 2011.
SB 26    (Deferred from 4^th LD) revise certain requirements pertaining to earnest money paid in a cooperative or cobrokerage real estate transaction.
SB 28    (Deferred from 4^th LD) revise provisions regarding the renewal process for certain third party insurance administrators.
