SB 145* prohibit rebates and regulate contracts for residential roofing goods and services.
HB 1076* retain certain members of municipal governing bodies in office following the
redistricting of municipal wards.
HB 1001 revise certain provisions regarding the sales and use tax.
SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS
SB 71 (Deferred from 16th LD) modify the requirements relating to the publication of the
SB 176 (Deferred from 17th LD) establish a program to assist rural health care facilities in
recruiting certain health care professionals and to repeal certain provisions regarding
recruitment incentive payments for health care professionals.
SB 81* (Removed from Consent Calendar) provide for a special license plate for certain
persons on active duty in the military.
SB 113* (Removed from Consent Calendar) provide for special motor vehicle license plates
for recipients of the silver star medal and recipients of the bronze star medal.
SB 177* establish a program to assist rural communities to recruit certain health care
professionals and to repeal certain provisions regarding the physician, the midlevel,
and the dentist tuition reimbursement programs.
SB 186* update the definition of the nonsectarian textbooks that are loaned to certain students
to include digital materials.
SB 191* provide for authorization to offer postsecondary education services in South Dakota.
SB 169* create certain watershed districts and to establish the Regional Watershed Advisory

SB 154 revise certain statutes pertaining to persons required to report child abuse and neglect.
SB 196 allow for the redistribution of existing nursing facility beds.

HB 1115 exempt certain contracts from the competitive bidding requirements for water user
